"Find Your Inner Radiance: The Basics of Meditation"

 We all deserve to feel a sense of inner peace, so why does life often feel overwhelming and unmanageable? Why does lasting happiness seem fleeting and unattainable? Meditation is an umbrella term for practices that remind us to slow down, quiet our minds, and help us rediscover the sacred radiance that exists all around us at any given time.

 It helps reawaken knowledge of self-care that has been intuitive since childhood, but has been forgotten over a lifetime of conditioning within an ever-demanding, fast-paced culture. It is the reawakening of our indwelling energy, unconditional love, and the potential to grow.

 This session on the basics of meditation will help explain many simple questions, like what is meditation, really? How can meditation benefit my life? And how do I go about meditating?

 The class will deliver some background knowledge on the value of being the observer of your inner environment, while equipping you with simple practices you can employ in everyday situations to grant yourself inner freedom.
