Rachel specializes in portraits of celebrities and characters from popular culture that use collage as an exploration of the subjects' symbolic representation and cultural reflection. Fascinated by the construction of icons and ideals through celebrity and fiction, Rachel uses collages of images from advertisements to represent major figures in the public's eye and shared imagination in a deconstructed way.

Danny Skelley will be preforming a live painting.

Danny Skelley: I am like a cave man with bad ideas. A journalist once referred to me as a weird bastard. That might be true. I'm not certain, because I have a father. He might be an alcoholic. He calls me rat. I think we love each other. I think I love you. I'm not sure. One of my first New York friends, Steven Vega, referred to some of my work as "Keith Harring on crack." I always liked that. My father's name is Steve. My best friend's name is Steve. My significant other's father's name is Steve. It all may be a happy accident, or coincidence, or synchronicity, or nothing at all. Often I feel my speculation gets me in trouble, so, I would hope that rather than getting too caught up with what my work is, is not, or could be, just experience it however you wish, and leave it at that. Skulls, flowers, dirt, water, depression, anxiety, and overjoy. Nothing at all.

Joining Rachel and Danny, will be travelling artist Badger. Badger weaves together natural elements such as metal, rock and bone to create inspiring pieces of sculpture.
