60 mins of the basics. A great opportunity to energize through a gentle-to-medium paced class with ALOT of room for flexibility. The class will include some initial deep breathing to wake up and then spiral out through the sun salutations into medium-to-advanced variations. Moving into balancing poses, sitting and finally sitting poses with a good solid 5 mins of sivasana(rest pose) at the end. Input and checking in are encouraged! A people's class with a loose and relaxed pattern.
