Citizens Co-op Winter Survival Fest

Citizens Co-op is hosting a winter benefit fundraiser and music festival on
*Saturday, January 21s*t, from 12pm-11pm, at 435 South Main Street in
downtown Gainesville. Featuring Live Music Performances All Day by Coffee
Project, Lindsey Mills, The Rochevanies, Greenland is
Melting, Nomore, Dirty Fist!, Little High Little Low, Cassette, Scuttered
the Bruce, Company Man, & The Shambles. $10-$20 Sliding Scale Ticket.

Proceeds will support Citizens Co-op and its mission to promote sustainable
local food in Gainesville and the surrounding communities. The Co-op will
be giving away prizes from local businesses, including store gift
certificates, photography by John Moran, and a seasonal CSA share in
Swallowtail Farm.

Food & Treats will be provided by The Jones Eastside and Gainesville
Sweets. Swamphead Beer for sale! The Civic Media Center and Display Art
Gallery will be open all day for your visual/brain stimulating enjoyment.
There will be experimental music and an art display in The Church of Holy
Colors in between bands. The Festival is in our parking lot at the corner
of SE 5th Ave and Main Street, so PLEASE ride your bikes if possible! If
not, there is parking available around the neighborhood. The GRU parking
lot off SE 4th Ave is open on weekends.
