Alma Elaine Shoaf is a local painter, illustrator, teacher, actor, and puppeteer. Elaine recently finished her first non-illustrative body of work in April of this year, and had her first solo show, titled "Poor Beasts." She has recently returned to printmaking, and is now experimenting with translating her paintings into screenprints.

Milan Hooper makes his living as a house painter. He says of his paintings: "People describe my art as 'psychedelic folk art.' People seem to like the colorful nature of it."

Walker Anders: After recently moving here from Northern California, I soon noticed the wildlife and how influential it was in the local culture. My work is an illustration of the awkard harmony, and an appreciation of the town's peculiarity.
