This is a handbook for establishing and maintaining a responsive classroom where their is a focus on the values of self-control, social participation and human development. Charney argues that classroom management and discipline goes far beyond determining consequences for undesired behavior. There are three sections including: I See You, I See Everything; Voices of Teachings; and Clear Positives. These sections will offer teachers strategies and techniques to create an environment where students exhibit self control and caring behavior.
