Two icons of progressive organizing in the 20th century, James Forman and Pete Seeger, sat down together at a Washington DC bookstore on April 20th, 1996 and had a 90 minute conversation about the US Civil Rights Movement. Fortunately for us it was filmed, and the Civic Media Center will show it in honor of Martin Luther King Day, Monday, January21st at 8pm.
