Formerly known as “bootcamps,” volunteer retreats the place where CMC volunteers and board members get together to plan, strategize about upcoming events, address problems, evaluate our goals as a radical institution, and decide on courses of action. As much work as they entail, volunteer retreats are also a hell of a lot of fun.
