LPFM Links

For those who are interested in helping the CMC with their Community Station or who are simply interested in LPFM. The FCC: The most challenging, unintuitive website I have ever seen. Apparently it won some federal award though. There is some interesting information on there and you can learn how the FCC is organized and keep tabs on them from here.

Prometheus Radio Project: The best resource in the web, perhaps in the whole country for LPFM. They helped build a station for the Imokalee workers in southern Florida, one in coastal New Hampshire and one in New Mexico. They have been extremely generous of their time and energy to the CMC.

National Federation of Community Broadcasters: A National alliance of community broadcaster and producers. They host an annual conference and have some good LPFM resources.
