Starting Sunday November 9th, 2003, the CMC Events email list (and all other CMC lists) will be moving away from Yahoo to our own internal list service.
This will allow for more features as well as remove the ever increasing number of advertisements 
that are experienced on the commercial services. In addition, your email address will no longer be exposed to spam from Yahoo “business partners”.
All current members will be transfered automatically, so there is no need to make any changes. However please be sure your email address listed on your Yahoo Groups account is correct to keep receiving our event notices after the transfer.
We will also be adding some new lists to help coordinate volunteers with current projects - stay tuned for more info!
